This Privacy Policy explains how origiznpets collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when pet owners and trainers use our mobile apps, website, and related services. We currently operate independently and are not owned, operated, or supported by another company.

Quick summary: origiznpets uses the information needed to create accounts, manage pet-care bookings, assign trainers, support live service tracking, process payments through Razorpay, and provide support. We do not sell personal data. We send service-related in-app notifications, not advertising messages.

2. Scope Of This Policy

This policy applies to the origiznpets pet owner app, origiznpets trainer app, origiznpets website, backend systems, booking support, and related service communications.

This policy is intended for pet owners and trainers/service providers. It does not cover separate internal admin tools except where admin staff process pet owner or trainer information to provide the service.

origiznpets is currently intended for users and services in India only.

3. Information We Collect

Pet Owner Information

When a pet owner uses origiznpets, we may collect:

Name, phone number, email address, account login details, and profile details.
Address and service location details required for trainer assignment, walking, grooming, and other pet-care services.
Pet information, including pet name, breed, age or age stage, gender, weight, vaccination details, health notes, behavioral notes, special needs, and service preferences.
Booking details, package details, service history, assigned trainer details, support tickets, wallet or reward information, and app activity related to bookings.
Location information when required to provide location-based services, maps, nearby trainer matching, live service updates, or address confirmation.

Trainer Information

When a trainer uses origiznpets, we may collect:

Name, phone number, email address, address, account login details, and trainer profile information.
Profile photo, service skills, experience, availability, assignment history, session status, and service notes.
Aadhar/Aadhaar number, Aadhar/Aadhaar document image, certificates, and other verification documents needed to verify trainer identity and eligibility.
Bank account details or UPI ID for trainer payouts, where applicable.
Live or background location information during active assignments, walks, sessions, or other services where location tracking is needed for safety, proof of service, route visibility, customer updates, and operational monitoring.

Payment Information

We use Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices. origiznpets receives payment status and related transaction details needed to confirm bookings, invoices, refunds, or payment support.

We do not store full card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials on origiznpets servers.

Technical And Usage Information

We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as:

Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, server logs, crash or error details, and security logs.
Booking activity, feature usage, session status updates, notification delivery status, and other operational records.

4. Location Information

Location is important for origiznpets because our services depend on assigning trainers, reaching the correct address, providing live service visibility, and keeping pet-care sessions accountable.

Pet owners may share location or address information for booking, trainer matching, maps, and service updates.
Trainers may be asked to share live location while an assignment, walk, session, or service is active.
Background location is used only for trainers when needed during active service tracking and only if the trainer has granted the required device permission.
You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but some origiznpets features may not work properly without location access.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

To create, authenticate, and manage pet owner and trainer accounts.
To create bookings, manage packages, assign trainers, schedule sessions, and complete pet-care services.
To verify trainers, including identity, documents, certificates, bank details, and payout eligibility.
To process payments through Razorpay and maintain booking/payment records.
To show maps, service locations, trainer location updates, and session progress.
To provide customer support, resolve disputes, investigate complaints, and manage service quality.
To send service-related in-app notifications, such as booking updates, trainer assignment updates, payment status, session progress, account notices, and support responses.
To prevent fraud, protect users, secure our systems, debug issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Service Communications

origiznpets currently sends service-related in-app notifications. These may include booking confirmations, trainer assignments, session status, payment updates, support responses, and important account notices. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising messages.

7. How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to provide, secure, or legally operate the service.

With assigned trainers: We may share pet owner name, phone number, address/service location, pet details, service notes, and booking details needed to perform the service.
With pet owners: We may share assigned trainer name, phone number, service status, and live session/location updates where needed for the booking.
With Razorpay: We share payment-related information needed to process or verify payments.
With Google Maps and device map/location services: We use map and location services to show routes, service locations, and live tracking features.
With hosting and technical providers: Our backend is hosted on Render, and service data may be processed through infrastructure needed to run the platform.
With internal admins/support staff: Admins may review bookings, trainer verification documents, service issues, support tickets, and operational records to manage the platform. Payment verification is expected to become automatic through Razorpay, but admins may still handle exceptions and support cases.
For legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, government authority, fraud prevention, user safety, or protection of our rights.

8. Third-Party Services

origiznpets uses the following third-party services or platform services:

Razorpay for payments.
Google Maps and device map/location services for mapping and location features.
Render for backend hosting and infrastructure.
Mobile operating system services, such as Android/iOS permissions, notifications, and device-level security features.

Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies when you use payment, map, or device permission features.

9. Cookies And Website Data

If you visit our website, we may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, remember basic preferences, protect the service, and understand technical usage. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

10. Data Storage And Retention

We keep account, booking, payment, trainer verification, pet profile, support, and service records for as long as your account remains active and until you request deletion, unless we need to keep certain records for legal, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or service continuity reasons.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed. Some records may remain for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. Your Choices And Rights

You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal information by using the in-app account options where available or by contacting us at support@origiznpets.com.

You may also disable device permissions, such as location permissions, from your Android or iOS settings. Because location, contact details, address, and pet details are required for many origiznpets services, disabling or deleting required information may prevent us from providing some or all services.

Account deletion requests can be made through the app, where available, or by email. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

12. Children And Families

origiznpets is open for general pet-care use, but bookings, payments, trainer onboarding, and legal agreements should be handled by adults or with parent/guardian involvement where required by law. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we may delete the information or ask for parent/guardian confirmation.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, server security practices, account authentication, and operational review. However, no app, website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. India-Only Service

origiznpets currently provides services in India only. Your information may be stored or processed through cloud infrastructure used to operate the service. We take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

15. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as origiznpets grows, adds features, changes payment flows, opens an office, or updates legal compliance practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For important changes, we may also notify users through the app or other service communication channels.
